2. Payment & Booking

• Payment is due at booking or before the session.

3. Practitioner-Client Relationship

• These Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have serious health issues, please consult a licensed professional.
• You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own well-being during the session. You understand and accept any risks associated with holistic healing.

4. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share your personal details or session information, except as provided in the Privacy Policy, or if required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oorja Healing LLC, its practitioners, employees, agents or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, materials used in sessions, guides, and resources are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute without permission.

7. Home & Office Healing (Special Conditions)

For services involving visits to your home or office:

• You agree to ensure a safe environment for the practitioner.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or losses in your location.
• You may need to prepare the space (quiet, cleared area, privacy) as instructed.

8. Tarot/Card-Reading & Energy Work

• These are for entertainment, guidance and holistic support only; they are not guaranteed predictions or medical/psychological diagnosis.
• You accept discretion and take full responsibility for decisions you make based on the session.

9. Color Therapy / Crystal Work / Chakra Alignment

• These modalities are complementary and optional. You accept that results can vary and that these are not medical treatments.
